It has been a couple of months now since you did a major rebuild to my transmission. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment you on an excellent job. My 1996 Dodge Caravan operates better now than when it was new. For those who would not otherwise know and are now sharing this letter of appreciation I would like you to know that my transmission was about as destroyed as one can be and still be able to limp in to the shop. Even the casing was severely damaged and required replacing. Dennis managed to find my parts and get my wife and I back on into the van in just three days. Considering that the new transmission housing had to be brought in form the Bay area to even begin I was extremely happy.

 

I can’t say enough about how clean and professional your shop looks and the courteous way I was treated. I received an immediate phone diagnoses and was updated before any unexpected repairs were begun.

Thank you again for the great, conscientiously driven work on my car. I never thought I'd find anyone (besides Payton) who possesses the integrity as you have in your work. This letter of recommendation is written for Dennis at Action Transmission. I found Dennis to be a very honest, trustworthy individual who provided me with outstanding service. Dennis also contacted my GMC extended warranty company with which I had extreme difficulty communicating in a pleasant fashion. In talking with my warranty company, Dennis was able to accomplish a task in an efficient and timely manner. I also need to mention that it was his idea to deal with my company, since I was having such difficulty dealing with them. It took a good portion of his time in doing so.
